Best option I have found in Key Largo (located behind the Holiday Inn) is HMS Minnow

Better operation than Quiessence (years ago they were the "gold standard" now just another mother hen Key Largo operation), and the boat only holds 6 - cannot say enough good things about this OP - you will not be sorry.
