Ocean Concepts occasionally runs a rebreather charter, you could probably talk to them to try and get some contacts.

Hey I know Ocean Legends is a Full Service Rebreather Facility and have divers who are interested in diving with other silent diver's!

Yeah Darren the owner of Ocean Legends is really big into re-breathers and promoting them in Hawaii. He would be a great contact into the re-breather world on Oahu. The man actually tries and track how many re-breathers are on the island.

If this led to rebreather-only boat charters I'd be interested.. otherwise I think it's neat but not really sure what the benefit is?
