‘Bantay-Dagat’ leader, nephew slain in Batangas

A good friend of mine in the Philippines and I were passing an island (won't mention the name) and we saw this big mansion near the beach. I asked whose house it was and he said, "a retired military colonel who controls the dynamite fishing in the area".
We can only hope there truly is a Hell....and a chair there with his name on it.
