Hello from South Carolina

I just wanted to say hi. My name is Joe & I am in Lexington, SC.
Not certified yet, but I will be in a course within the next 2 months.
My dad was a diver and always told me stories and talked about how much he loved it. I have wanted to start diving since I was a kid and just never have. Well its time and I can't wait to get started! I am looking at getting certified with the Lexington Dive Shop here in town. I have always been on the water... (surfing, jet skiing, snorkeling, boating, you name it.) Look forward to chatting with all of you and learning from ya too.

Welcome! I know what you mean. I spent summers on lake water skiing, kneeboarding, and jetskiing. Thought should would try scuba few years ago but army sent me overseas so I decided to try again. Got my cert earlier this year. Good luck in class and maybe see you underwater sometime.
