Just got back yesterday from vacation, been gone 2 weeks. Went to fill gas this morning and the price per gallon has risen $0.20 since the last time I filled gas, which was about 5 days before I left.

Should have gotten gas before I went on vacation. :shakehead:

that hurts Kim....are you noticing the crunch?
Well...... probably. My wife and i are both working fulltime so we aren't as badly off as many. On the other hand - my Dad is 80 this year and I'm going to have to fly 2 adults and two kids (who basically cost the same these days) back to England this year. We're probably going to have to take out a loan to do that - and it will be the last time for the foreseeable future. That sucks big time as my daughter in Amsterdam is expecting my second grand-child in November. We'll hopefully see the new baby when we go over at Christmas, but the days of once a year, or even once every two years, are probably gone.

I'm expecting petrol to double in the next year. Maybe more.

I need someone to make a water engine - or work out fusion generation.

Wind turbines don't cut it......

I hear you on that, I bought my ticket to Chicago in March and it now costs almost twice as much! Scary!

Have you seen any of these over there?
