Bandito Speargun Parts?

Hi,

I'm an avid diver but new to spearfishing. I picked up a used Bandito speargun with some other equipment I bought and want to give it a try before I spend a fortune on a new gun. It appears in perfect shape. It has a 3/8"x48" shaft and 3-bands (already replaced). I'm looking for a 3/8" spear shaft slide so I can make up a new spear. Anyone have one or know where I can get one for this discontinued gun? Anyone have an old Bandito gun I can canabolize?

The company that distributes them is Keys Dive and Tackle out of Florida.

I have a Bandito 36 that is a real nice gun, brain shots, but the track fell off and was sent back to Key West I believe. Call Lee at Scubaworks in Jupiter, FL @ 561-575-3483 he should be able to direct you.
I heard that Bandito went under, but who really knows.

Any 3/8" slide will work. I have a JBL slide on an old Bandito....it works fine.
