24 June 2007, a 26 years old lady; her body was found at 35 m depth - too deep for her certification level - no mask in place and the tank still 2000 psig. She dove with 13 other divers but seem without DM.
Thousand island is not difficult site - probably she got narcosis - but no further detail report, still under investigation by local police.
 
I don't understand why people who are not much experienced in the field of diving dive without DM???

It is the responsibility of individual diver to ensure their own safety.I have seen videos of many such diving accidents at http://www.splashvision.com
