I hate doing lots of individual calisthenics that focus on specific muscle groups. I also do not have access to a gym and dislike weight lifting.

I prefer exercises that involve multiple muscle groups and directly simulate activities related to diving. My current program involves walking with and without a backpack, swimming, and abdominal exercises. I also do some light yoga for flexibility.

Are their any major flaws in my program? If so, what muscle groups are under-trained and how should I supplement my program to correct it?

There are a lot of things you can do with a Physo Ball, with no weight, and it works multiple body parts.

Plan b: Wear a big gold cross around your neck like Carlos up there and you're guaranteed to get all the excercise you need:)
