Yes... I have been thinking about this for some time. It will probably end up being a deco dive.

I've also considered the appropriate training regime, as I wouldn't want to try 40M first. Perhaps a nice log of dives at 5M intervals.

Hey, he'll be fine on a single tank. After all, your NDL bottom time at that depth is more than 5 seconds (just teasing you undefined). The Five Fathom Club is for divers with real staying power... much more "bottom time" at that depth! Hmmm... wonder if I should reread the TOS???
