Very nice...I like this project. I am looking forward to seeing this progress into a reef.
I spent most of my first 6 years diving Destin, as we owned a place there in the early 80's....it always has a warm place in my heart.

I spent most of my first 6 years diving Destin, as we owned a place there in the early 80's....it always has a warm place in my heart.

Some of the research reefs will be dropped in fairly close proximity to existing strurcture. We expect sea life on those reefs to form on the order of several weeks. Others research reefs will serve as controls and may not see life for many, many months. Our first load was entirely privately funded (no established research). The more reefs we can fund through donations and ECRA fundraising events, the more meaningful research we can accomplish.
