Get more comfortable with doubles.

Finish AI (April)
Take EFR Instructor (April)

Get at least 20 dives on the U-853.

Take TDI Adv. Nitrox, Deco Procedures and Cavern

Take DIR-F (again) and Triox, but only if it will let me get He fills. Otherwise, say hello to TDI Trimix.

Spend more time on the weekends under the water than above it.

-Dive every other weekend. Best I can do. :(
-March 27 through April 24; Stress and Rescue Class.
-July, trip to Oregon coast for family reunion and a big, salty pond. :)
-Possibility of DIR-F at Kent WA on the same trip.
-DiveCon training this summer.
-August, river diving class.
-October, would like to help dive buddy take a group to Mexico.

DiveCon, DIR-F, Oregon and Mexico all in the same year is probably a little over ambitious but we will see how far we can get.
:D

probably looking a rescue as the next class. Maybe slip a trip in somewhere toward fall, depending on the war situation. Other than that, just stay wet.

1. To finish AI
2. To start IDC
3. To do many-many local quarry dives (with students)
4. Attend as many Kingston/Tobermory trips as I can
5. April - 11 dives in San Andres (Colombia)
6. Master UW photography.

Wish list - diving trip to Norway (well, if my GF and finance allow :( )

to an all-year-round diver. Start with:

3/30 - Beneath The Sea in New Jersey this weekend to get fit for dry suit and just check out the stuff...
4/12 & 4/13 - ScubaBoard trip to Dutch Springs
6/12 to 6/15 - Dive the Spiegel Grove
7/12 to 7/19 - Dive in Dale Hollow Lake in Tennessee

Take these classes this spring:
1) Dry suit - as soon as I can
2) Nitrox - as soon as I can
3) DIR Fundamentals - 5/30 - 6/1 in St. Lawrence River
4) Rescue diver - maybe

My goal for minimum number of dives for this year is 50 after doing 95 over the last 9 years.

Oh, and I plan to spend a lot of money on gear, starting with a dry suit. :)

Nitrox class is paid for, need to crack books again and just go to LDS one Saturday for the class
Dry suit-want to order in a week or so.
Want to be able to do at least one dive a week. 52 weeks a year.
Planning some Great Lakes wreck diving.
Contemplating some additional training but I also have two boys to start buying gear for. Would like training for my own skill development but my pockets do have bottoms.

the "season" is year -round here, so that may explain my complete lack of planning -

but . . .

I'm trying to get out at least every other weekend (a reality for the single parent)

I'll try to take a Nitrox course sometime over the next . . . 3. . . 6 . . . 9 months. :) Haven't really seen a need for it yet, but it's something I'd like to do.

I'll definitely have to try to round up some buddies to do some shore diving on the North shore this summer, though.
