I am on a mailing list from CPT.Robs (seal dive charters) and I received this email today about volunteering for harvesting/planting of Eel Grass.
I have copied the email below along with the links. I have no other info on this project other than whats in the email and website.

CALLING ALL DIVERS: The Boston Harbor Islands national park area is
hosting a conservation project which includes an eel grass restoration.
Volunteer divers are needed to assist with underwater plantings.
Dive dates are in June, July, Aug and Sept. 2006.

Diver volunteer dates are listed below. Attached is information
regarding the Boston Harbor Islands eel grass initiative.
Please see the state website for registration information. Additionally,
