If you go below and ahead of the group, your bubbles will ruin it for everyone in the group as they would have to swim through that, so, that behavior in my view deserves an enthusiastic hand sign.

If you go below me and create a bubble curtain because you don't care, I might break your heart. Why respecting others and being considerate is so hard? Why can't you dive in that big ocean so, that others are not disturbed?

Behavior?

Respect?

I think the lower diver has the right of way because of tissue loading, consumption and the natural blind spot that occurs. If bubbles bother me as the diver above, I can simply move left, right, fore or aft of the lower diver's bubble stack and continue on my way.

If the lower diver is ending up there because of a basic lack of control or scatter-brained navigation from narcosis, bubbles are the lesser of the problems that need attention.

You may have a lot of dives and be a certified DM or instructor but I think your outlook would benefit from a more practical outlook.

You may have meant completely the opposite but that is not how it was written.

I tried to help, you refuse to listen and will therefore continue to struggle with my native language and constantly be misunderstood by others because you're too stubborn to accept well intended advice.
Please, stick with your prescribed medication schedule.

I'm confused, are you talking about him or yourself here?

There is no such a thing as right of way of deeper diver, this is something you made up. Each customer is equal, they all pay for the dive and noone can take priority except everyone agrees in advance. If someone lacking control, they have to stay with the guide from the get go or the guides goes down and brings them back to the group. OP did not report technique issues, rather behavior.

You're once again misinterpreting spoken words and jumping to erroneous conclusions based on incorrect and flawed language interpretation.

Nothing was stated or even remotely inferred that I am currently prescribed medications. In fact I'm not taking any.

But again, pointing out your numerous language related mistakes is a futile exercise because you aren't looking to improve.
