Hello all. We are looking to go to Play de Carmen in Jan/Feb to dive with Bulls and the Cenotes. We are both Advanced Cert. and holidayed there before we were certified, but never dove. Any advice on good operators or things to look out for. Thanks.

I highly recommend Cenote Xperience, I have been diving with Nicolas and his brother since 2011. They have a small family run dive shop in Playa Del Carmen. They do cenote dives and ocean dives out of Playa and over to Cozumel. Próximamente • Coming Soon – CenoteXperience

I've dived in a number of cenotes but never saw a single shark. I did see a fossilized camel skeleton in one.

Take an honest look at your trim in the water. If you look like a seahorse, fix that before going into the cenotes.

I second CenoteXperience.
Good advice. I'm pretty happy with my trim generally, but always good to polish up on technique.
