I've always used my own gear so I don't know about their rental equipment.

If full, the boat holds 22 divers and normally they have three (3) dive guides.

The Solmar V is an excellent boat, I've done a Soccoro trip with them and enjoyed it, nice boat, great crew, good food. I'm diving the Sea of Cortez in early October and I have purchased trip cancellation policy for it. I actually buy a cancel for any reason policy from World Nomads, that way if I need to cancel for any reason on my end I'm protected and if there is any interruption on the boat side I am also compensated. For this policy you need to buy it within 5 days or so of your bookings. I first book the LOB then my flights and then I buy the policy.
