Sorry to bother you but I can not post for sale items. I have 47 messages.. Do they count as posts? How can I check my Post number? My response is 25. My previous questions re this have never been answered. Hope your feel well.
You're approved. I can't see why you can't post. What exact forum?

What does the red slash OP mean?
It is awaiting approval. Once approved it will be visible to everyone.

EDIT: LOL. I misunderstood you. I thought you meant why did your classifieds posting initially have a red line through it. My bad. @tursiops has correctly answered your question below I believe.

Hi,

I had posted on the Lights section to sell two BigBlue dive lights earlier today. It showed my post for a few hours and I noticed that I had already received a few views. I went back to look for my post and it is no longer shown.

I know that I need to have at least 25 posts. How do I check how many I have so far? I see that I have 35 messages but I don't believe that qualifies as a post.

Thanks,
Marcelo Bossi

It looks like ALL of your posts are in Classified, trying to sell something. Since that is not really the purpose of SB, I can imagine that you are not perceived by today's policies as having made any contributing posts. Maybe you should try Facebook Marketplace?
You can see your posts and status by clicking on your avatar and name.

Thanks for getting back to me. I already have the dive lights on Facebook Marketplace and OfferUp. I will also consider eBay. I have posted items for sale in the past on Scubaboard. It appears that the 25 post requirement for offering something for sale is something that was put in place earlier this year. I assumed that given the high number of items offered for sale across various categories that one of the primary purposes of this website was to offer for sale dive items that other fellow divers may find of interest and useful.
