Yes, we do.
After almost 1.5 months (most of the time was local Customs clearance and local shipping), I've received the service kits. All was perfect. USPS carries the packet up to the local Custom, then the packet is handled by Correo Argentino.
The order was placed on July 1st. The packet arrived to Buenos Aires on July 14th and was released to pick it up on August 18th.

In the future, you might consider DHL Express. It’s certainly more expensive but they’ve got the laws, policies, peculiarities and personalities of Customs houses figured out.

USPS shipping cost was already $ 59.50 for 2 service kits of $ 19.95 each. Besides these, I had to pay another $ 31 for taxes and internal handling. Those figures are certainly crazy.

But the used reg was a bargain, right?

You’re right but DHL Express compresses the whole process and gets your order to you in days rather than months.

You didn’t do anything wrong. I just wanted to share a more timely option for future reference.

Does anyone know the dimensions of the deep 6 signature orings? That looks similar to the HOG D1 rebuild kit. I know the D1s also use a Trident A148 LP seat. At the price of the A148s right now, I may buy these if the orings (or even some of them) will fit the D1. Especially the unobtanium poppet orings.

Hi @TT_Vert,

Just to clarify—our service kits are designed and supported only for use with Deep6 regulators.

The first stage you mentioned is a common OEM platform used by several brands, but it is not the same as our Signature. The Signature is a custom design unique to us. While Chris did work on earlier designs years ago, our current products have evolved significantly since then.

As a result, many of the parts are different and not interchangeable. For example, our diaphragm dimensions and thickness differ, we don’t use a plastic diaphragm clamp washer, and several of the O-rings vary in size and material.

If you were referring to the second stage (given your Trident reference), ours also has unique components—such as custom-sized and material O-rings made specifically for our turbine piston design—so compatibility with other brands would be unlikely.

If you’d like more details, our service manuals and diagrams are available on our website, and we’re always happy to assist if you decide to service one of our regulators.

Cheers and happy diving!

Thanks for the reply, yes I was referring to the second stage. I know this has been said but thank you and [Moderation Removal] for the amazing service manuals and specs on your consumables. In the end, doing this makes the hobby safer IMO as you don't have people like me taking out our calipers and measuring/specing our own stuff. Great exploded diags also. I also like your detailed description on cracking pressure and adjusting spring preload w/ a washer. I've always used the submerge method to adjust cracking pressure as well.

I'm curious what brought you to recommend extra lube between the poppet orings? You call it a "lubricant reservoir". Have you had issues w/ the poppet sticking w/o doing this?

Do you guys sell 1B-02-011-06 and 1O-EKM-2.4x.82-03 separately by chance? I have an over abundance of all the other viton orings.

Dave

*moderation edit - lets stay on topic.
