Looking for family friendly resort in egypt

Ah, I completely missed all the responses, since I didn't check back on the thread after not getting any answers after a week. Well in the meantime I booked the Malikia in Abu Dabbab close to Marsa Alam, since I found a decent flight option from Munich. The dive center (diving.de) does make a good impression from what I can tell from their homepage as well as reviews and they do have house reef diving, which is basically what I am looking for, so I can do my two dives a day and still spend time with my family while not diving.
