Trying to set up two transmitters on Perdix ai in tech mode

1.) Manual says to place on ai display on bottom row.
My bottom row is fixed, unable to edit bottom row.

2.) I can add a single transmitter that will on display in center row.
When I add a 2nd transmitter it will not display at all, but computer says it is connected.

Why is my bottom row fixed?
How can I add both transmitters to display?

In Tech Mode, the bottom row (i.e., the "status bar") is not customizable. It is fixed to show things like gas info, time-to-surface, and battery status. You cannot place AI info on the bottom row in Tech mode...this instruction in the manual applies to Rec Mode only, where the display is more flexible.

Tech Mode restricts bottom row customization.
Only the center row can display dual tank pressures.
Multiple screens can be configured and toggled.

Yeah, what @SeanDavid702 said.

Simplified, if you are using Tec Mode, then the customizable section is in the center row. If using Rec Mode, ( I believe it's now called 3 Gas Nx and Single Gas Nx, or something to that affect) then the bottom row has two positions that are customizable.

So, for you, put the T1 and T2 in the center row. IIRC, you can set them as individual displays or as part of the Mini display.

When I put two transmitters in the middle row, it only shows T1 and not T2 even though both transmitters are on in settings.

Try one of the mini-displays that gives you 3 options in a box. You need to then select AI T1 and AI T2 for 2 of the rows in the box. Going from memory here.

Changing to mini mode worked. Thanks a million.
It seems the Perdix manual is not geared toward tech divers.

There are two manuals … tech & rec. Check the website.
Three for the Perdix AI.
Perdix manual. Covers tech layout, general operation and functions.
Perdix recreational nitrox mode manual. Covers rec modes.
Perdix AI Opecating instructions. Covers Air integration functions.

The issue may be with that first one. The Perdix Manual does not appear under the list of manuals for the Perdix AI dive computer. It's under the Perdix section. It can be tricky because the AI functions are separate, and IIRC, the customizable mini displays were added after publishing the manual, so these are likely under the release notes.

Perdix 2 section appears to combine these a bit. There are two manuals one for Tech mode and one for Rec mode. AI functions are included.
