right now its sitting at 82% charge and has been for months. I didnt recharge after the last time I used it.
I double checked and you're right, the percentage doesnt record the storage losses. I was at about 3.5V though - after months and months of sitting in the garage. I am not sure how fast mine is self discharging anymoreI'm not sure what the percent means, or if it's even useful. Actually, I think mine was reporting 99% even when the voltage had dropped from 67 to 62V. It seems like I read in another thread that the percent doesn't update when it's just doing self-discharge. The percent only updates when you're actually running it. Thus why I think Jon has posted that we should pay attention to volts, not SOC (state of charge - i.e. %).
Is it an X.1 or X.2? And do you know what the actual voltage is?
