Hi Nursediver! I always forget to check my messages! Hawaii was not cozumel but it had its own unique flavor. I did the Sea Tiger wreck on Oahu as well as the what they call the Kewalo pipe which is a pipeline covered with small corals. I also did two dives off Maui at the Molokini Crater. I dont think I would ever go there for a planned diving vacation but I would vaction there and do a bit of diving. diving is expensive there as well. I really miss Cozumel and It will likely be another year before I get back there. Hey I have questionn for you seeing as you are a nurse and a diver as opposed to my lovely wife Mollie who is a nurse who does not dive! Have you ever encountered anyone who dives after having a cochlear implant? I will be getting one in October. I have doen some research and have found some info on folks that have continued to dive after having been implanted.
