I've been travelling (again), so I've been missing my weigh-ins. I don't think I am doing badly though, and I did run my first 5K last weekend - Ottawa Race Weekend - 5K by colby911 at Garmin Connect - Details Started out a bit too quick, but ran the race the way I wanted :)
Good to hear Jenny. As for me, after a few weeks of travelling and being sick I am back. I haven't been for a run or bike ride in a couple of weeks, however I have managed to drop down to 214! Go figure.
It sound slike everyone is doing really well (as I pop my head in the door to have a look). I had a great interval run this morning (still on the treadmill here although it should be nice enoughj tomorrow to use the bike to commute to work). All the stats are here - Treadmill Run (Intervals)...
Down another pound this week - 217. Working hard, yet this plateau is driving me crazy. Looks like tomorrow might be the first bike commute of the year, hopefully that will help kick things off again :)
Started out even further behind this week after a bad weekend of eating and only a bit of xcountry skiing. Team lunch yesterday hurt my overall weigh-in, however I still came out 1 pound lighter. Back down to 218.
