    Base instruction 1965. On from there. US Navy 24 years, USCG 100T Master since 1986 with current credentials. Dive Charter owner/operator Monterey for 17 years. Freedom Project director for dive boat for divers with special needs. Now waiting to hit the water again with my old fart Navy Buddy, Akimbo.
