This dive Shop is located Puerto Viejo Talmanca right on the beach of ElChino just a few steps from the bus stop , just think jump of bus head for the boat. The owner operator of the Reef Runner Dive shop David Lemon. He is from Canada and has recently bought this he has been doing improvements. New dive locations and will soon have a new boat. The old boat has a lot of Heart and soul as we used for the next 11 dives.Hope he still can use.
