Saw this at a fish market in Munich, Germany OCT 30 2005. It was in the case as a visual to make the fish dispaly look better. This guy was HUGE! those are salmon filets on the bottom right i think, so that'll give you a size comparison. Pretty sure this guy is a lantern fish, but it might be an angler fish, i can't really remember which is which. You can still see the lightpole thing off the front of him though.. awesome!
