At 43, I went thru an ADC school, just to see what has changed. Wages have dropped, we are not as in demand as all schools profess, and its the same education we used to get on deck for free. (It cost approx 23000.00 by the time the bill was totaled up!
But, My gear was all replaced with new(thru the school), books lodging and meals.
