Wow, that hill is almost totally underwater. this is 24 hours later and do you notice the white lines running up the side of the road? those are not even visible in the 'Before the rain came', I dove on this day, it was cold 53 deg F and had to get out of the water as it was about 1 foot of viz, i couldnt' find any depth on this road. 11 feet was all.
