Don't kill the Amberjack....what a waste...their meat is full of worms! I am a spearfisherman here in NC, and the only thing killing Amberjack is good for is the photo op.....you can't eat them.....on second thought eat away, raw would be best!
fpsndiver, you obviously have never shot any amberjack in the eastern Gulf of Mexico. Here they DO NOT get full of worms and are very good on the grill, fried, or smoked to make excellent fish dip. Have a nice day fan coral hugger!!
