I need a little more buoyancy than my 40 pound donut doubles wing from Halcyon. Here are 45 and 50 pound donut wings I've found. 60 pounds is probably too much. Single bladder only, no bungees.

Any additions?
Didn't find any 45 - 50 lb wings from: Oxycheq, Halcyon, Scubapro, HOG, or Deep6.

Why do you believe 60 lbs. is "probably too much"? I used the Evolve 40 with my Worthington LP85s, but it was just enough--just. When I transitioned to PST LP104s, I was encouraged to try the Evolve 60. Works great. I suppose a 55 or even 50 lb. wing would have worked just as well, but I stuck with Halcyon. I doubt the size difference between doubles wings is that significant.

I have a 45lb and 60lb wing. If someone put my rig together for me and blinded me to which wing was on it, I honestly don't think I could actually tell which wing I was swimming with. Any increase in drag with the 60lb wing isn't noticeable. For that reason, I'll take a 55-60lb wing any day.

Dive Rite’s Rec Series wing has 45 lbs of lift. I’ve been very happy with it.

When I add up the buoyancy of my rig, it's right around 44 lbs. The math says I don't need 60 lbs.
I recently made a dive where the conditions were deteriorating. I was wearing my double 85s and two deco bottles. When I surfaced from the dive, the seas were running a solid 6-8'. Even with my 60lb wing fully inflated, the swells would wash over my head. I had to give a kick at the top of each swell to keep my head above the surface. The boat was easily a mile out an picking up other divers. I had to wait 10 min for the pickup. If I only had a 45lb wing, it would have been ugly. It would have been a serious struggle to keep my head above water. I was so happy to have that 60lb wing.

I would not automatically jump to 60 lbs is too much. I dive twin HP100s. From a buoyancy perspective 45 lbs was enough lift. I was using a hollis45 lb wing. On advice of a very good coach I switched to a 60 lb wing and the
the effect was very pronounced. The air distribution in the 60 lb wing affected my trim in a very positive way and evened out things that were previously unstable. I’m not saying you need a 60 or that a 50 is not enough, just that you may be surprised by more than just lift calculations.
