Best sized canister for PLB?

I'm in the market for a PLB canister, I have the ACR 400, and I'm leaning towards getting a Light Monkey PLB Canister:

Does anybody have any advice for the size of the PLB? There are multiple sizes available , diameter and height, is there any advantage to getting bigger canister (i guess you could put more stuff in it?), or is it best to get the minimum size that fits the PLB and nothing else? Is it worth it to get a little extra space for extra items?

I have my PLB, signal mirror, dye pack and whistle in mine. I got it sized height wise so I can toss my phone in there if I’m shore diving somewhere where I want it.

+1 for Custom Divers. The canister is machined out of a solid block of delrin and is really a thing of beauty

This is what I was thinking, maybe a little extra room for these items.

I didn't think about putting my phone in there, does the phone hold up under pressure okay? I guess the pressure wouldn't warp the phone screen or anything?

I haven't seen that in previous discussions. My case has 43 dives without any leaking. Half the dives to or over 100 feet.

There is discussion about if you fully tighten it that it can be hard to open. I followed the advice to back off fully tight by about 1/8 of a turn which worked.

Saw a couple comments like this, some people reported all good no leaks, but a couple people were reporting leaks. Was a few years ago so maybe it's fixed though? The price is less than half of the Light Monkey one so is really appealing, just wouldn't want my PLB to get flooded.
