@Ben_3,
To make a recommendation, one would need to know what you are looking to do. For instance, do you want to have user/field replaceable wrist seals or are just interested in having drygloves?
If you plan to continue diving with glued-in latex seals and just want drygloves then I recommend the Rolock 3 dryglove system, or Si-Tech rubber rings / Viking rubber rings and using the pullover method to attach latex gloves.
If you want a fitted system there are quite a few option that I recommend you look into:
1. Si-Tech QCS oval (fitted cuff ring system that can be used with a few different glove ring systems)
2. Kubi
3. Rolock 90 (uses PU ring of the Si-Tech QCS oval, which can be purchased as a standalone product)
4. Ultima DGS (uses PU ring of the Si-Tech QCS oval, which can be purchased as a standalone product
5. Fourth Element Ellipse (uses PU ring of the Si-Tech QCS oval, which can be purchased as a standalone product)
6. Si-Tech Virgo (uses PU ring of the Si-Tech QCS oval, can be purchased with the Virgo or as a standalone product)
7. Si-Tech Slaggo wrist cuffs with Ultima DGS Soft glove rings
8. Santi Smart Rings (these might only be available as an OEM product with a new suit, but I am unsure).
Some of the above can also be mounted on glued in latex seals such as the Ultima DGS and Kubi.
There are other systems that are not true fitted systems in that they do not have a base ring glued into the sleeve of the suit but otherwise remains attached such as Northern Divers and Ted's.
There are lots of options on the market that will work but we need to know a little more about your wants/needs to make a specific recommendation. I will state, for full disclosure, that I am partial to the Si-Tech QCS oval system (or at least the PU ring from the system) coupled with either the Ultima DGS or the Rolock 90.

I would like to go dry gloves as wet gloves just dont cut it when diving during the colder moths or ice diving. If I can change for replaceable seals at the same time that would be fantastic.
I would also like to be able to dive wet gloves when the water is nicer during the summer. I know that's asking a lot.
I did see a buddy last weekend with si tech quick gloves and he said it was easy to install himself.
I don't think you are asking a lot and from what you describe you want I would recommend one of the following:
1. RoLock 90 – kit with PU mounting ring, blue ring, (without glove or wrist seal) – Rolock : This is the Rolock 90 dryglove system that comes with the Si-Tech PU ring that gets glued into the cuff of the suit sleeve. It will allow you to mount silicone or latex seals and you will be able to dive with or without the glove side attached.
Or
2. Purchase the PU ring from the QCS oval system (Si-tech part # 60251) and have it glued into your suit or install it yourself.ry Purchase and use the Waterproof Ultima dryglove system (DGS).

For either system above you will need to pick up a pair of silicone or latex wrist seals. Both the Rolock 90 and Ultima DGS come with the ring that retains the wrist seal (it locks the seal in place by sandwiching it between the PU ring that is glued into the suit and the cuff side ring of the dryglove sytem).
For actual drygloves, there are lots of products available on the market. My wife and I have been using the SHOWA 720 glove and find them super durable. I have been diving the same pair for 3 seasons and use a glove liner for skiing (Dakine storm liners) as the glove liner.

These are just my recommendations based on my experience with a few different glove systems on the market.
Take a look at the product links as well as explore the more full list of options available from my earlier post.
Also, explore the opinions and recommendations from others both on here and in real life and choose the setup that you believe will best fit your wants/needs/budget/etc,
If you have any questions on the stuff I posted or about different products, don't hesitate to post them here or reach out by direct message.

Those look a lot like ultima, a good system, I really prefer the RoLock 90 to the ultima system but either are great options.Have any heard of or used check up dive, dry gloves systems?
Checkup Dive Systems
One of my local shops is recommending these.
