This was discussed a bit in another thread recently but I think it deserves its own topic. Which adhesives (and seam tapes) do you all recommend for drysuit repair?

I need to replace the boots and make some other misc repairs on a couple of trialm suits. I've used aquaseal extensively in the past but a lot of the video tutorials use various other rubber cements for boot replacement. Aquaseal is fine, but can be nasty runny and messy.

If you do drysuit repairs please chime in with which adhesives you like/dislike.

I've had good luck with DAP contact cement from any local hardware store.

I use pliobond 25 for the adhesion. The DAP brand cement hardens in cold water. The pliobond stays consistent in all divable temperatures.
I started using E6000 for sealant about 5 years ago. I believe it is the same thing as aquaseal but sold commercially in box stores.

I also like E6000 but I believe it is a different chemistry than Aquaseal, I also think it is better than Aquaseal although it can't be accelerated as far as I am aware.

Could you guys post a picture of the E6000 you use? I have found a few to buy where I live but I'm not sure they are all the same.

Thanks!

Auto Glass (windshield)urethane glue works well too
Never found E6000 in Brazil, so i've sticked with what i have
