I should take a moment to thank all of you for your wonderful advice over the past couple years. Wingy, Wet Pup, Chilli, Lorenzoid, Diving Dubai, CharlieR, Dirt Farmer, Mike Veitch, ... Too many to mention! Did I leave anybody important out?

Bill, great to meet you and your lovely wife. . Unfortunately, I took the winter and spring off and focusing on skiing in the mountains of British Columbia, Idaho, Utah, and my home state of Washington. I am not sure when I will return to Indonesia.
