I was wondering. Do we have any bugtracker or something like that to report and see which bugs are already acknowledged ?

Love my new teric.
My criticism: The TTS field should be configurable. As a rec diver, I don't really need this.
It's pretty easy to figure in my head every 30' is about a minute plus 3 for a safety stop. So if I'm at 90', it's gonna be 6 minutes TTS.
I'm pretty sure Shearwater already acknowledged they were goign to do exactly that in a firmware upgrade!

EDIT: here is the post on allowing the TTS field to be customized in a future FW upgrade from Tyler @ Shearwater:

The Shearwater Teric Announced

Hope you do not mind, But I thought I would add a couple Comparison Pictures to this review. Side by Side View on my Teric and Oceanic OCi.

Teric review after 20 dives:

What a precision instrument!
Very good readability under the water, even at shallow depths in sunny water.
The configurability of the home screen is great.
Stable connection to the transmitter.
This thing was the envy of everyone on the dive boat.

Someone asked for a picture in direct sunlight, it is attached .yes it washes out, but don't all screens?

Anyway, of if you're willing to spend the money, treat yourself!

It sure is terrific. Yes, all good screens do, but Garmin's Descent using a different screen type, doesn't look as good (IMO), but is better in bright sun.

If the Descent uses the same screen tech as Garmin's Vivoactive HR, then it's a transreflective display, which reflects light, so the brighter the light source on it, the better it reads.

Dont be me....

I purchased my Teric today and was charging it on my nightstand when I accidently snagged the cable and the Teric fell to the floor. Although there are no discernable outside marks, the display is now an illegible mix of jarbled colors. Im in contact with Shearwater to see if my Teric can be saved.

Be careful with dropping your Teric!

On a scale from 1 to 10 (highest):
The Teric is 11. Shearwater Cloud is -1.

Agreed .. while the Teric and apparently other Shearwater computers are excellent (we only have Terics), their software, at least for iOS and MacOS devices is a joke and needs to be completely redesigned.

My guess is they are working on it and will spring it on us....because they listen, they understated, and they haven't said they are not.
