Dacor went out of business 15-20 years ago, parts/service non existent.
dividing by 10 might put you in a position to sell...

As us old folks remember Mares hosed them, and the old Dacor regs were hung out to dry, however new Dacor regs can be bought at West Marine. It's produced by Mares for exclusive sale by West Marine from what I understand.
As for the OP, the asking price is unrealistic.
