Here are a couple more from Bill's and my hooky dive yesterday. I love that we are seeing more octos and they are getting more photogenic!

Nice shots djtimmy77. It was a nice day at the bridge. Vis around 20 and temp79F.
Lots of divers enjoying the weekend.

Very nice pics Tim! Enjoyed seeing you after the dive. Ours was good too with a long octo encounter, batfish of all sizes, the smallest pipefish I've ever seen--how does the Diva find that stuff!? Good enough that we may return today and brave the sellout crowds that promise to be there again............

MrChen,

I went back to look at the seahorse video again and again wonder what that excretion WAS? A birth of only 1 seahorse, a malformed seahorse, or just detrius. The seahorse didn't look pregers, but who knows? I say repost the 7 or 8 second clip and see what others think? I watched that segment 5 or 6 times and it's still a mystery.........

Absolutely! Diva is amazing but dear god Jim, watch the scat video on your own time.:D
Any edited version would be great but gear it for the sell out crowd or anyone that wants better video even go pro (excluding DD's petting zoo molestation....)

Here's one from the BHB trolls meet and greet dive on Saturday. 11-23-13

Lantern Bass with star--I really like the color reflected in the bass' eyes!! Viz 20-25ft temp 79F

There were 40 or 50 folks attending not counting a couple of "park people" who helped us eat(scarf) that pile of food!! Be sure to attend the next "Feeding of the Trolls"!!

BHB VIZ warning--3 ft today! We went out to the rocks and back--so, it wasn't better out that far! Temp dropped as well-75F in the water! The Diva got a deal on a new 3mil suit at Force E though, and Brass Ring was good too! I still saw 2 nice little puffers and a little conch and Joanne saw a mantis shrimp. Our dive was probably a little less than the PADI minumum divetime for an official dive--but this approximate 15 minute excursion is going in my logbook!

LOL.. glad I didn't make the trip. They musta opened up the flood gates in anticipation of more rain coming in..

Finally have internet access (modem died and was limited to posts via phone. no fun) and wanted to add my two cents on the good time at the meet n greet. I rather enjoyed my solo dive, despite starting with Jim and Diva.. saw 5 bumblebee shirmp, but no photogs with big hunkin cameras to show. My camera's batteries died early on..
