Tobermory Accommodations?

I have a question to all the people that travel to and stay in Tobermory. I am arranging for a number of SB members from the NY/NJ/PA area to come to visit in August and we want to stay a couple nights in Tobermory. Looking at advertised rates for accommodations, Toby gets quite expensive (competes with accommodations near YYZ which shocked me) through the summer. The divers want to stay close to Toby so there is no real commute.......I never stay in Toby as I drive to and from same day so I ask you, where are the less expensive places to stay in Toby? We are not princesses and need only the basics in a hotel/motel.

Thanks Norberto. I had gone through that website and every hotel/motel on it. I am hoping there are "better" options available. Thanks though.
