Great shots Sas nope not getting sick of the nudis...love their colours... the velvefish is such a great find.. so hard to spot.. do you see manyof them there.. we have found them here but not terribly often

Hmm I have not seen many... maybe five in total?? This one was the biggest by far though! That is probably why I was able to find it in terrible viz
Actually I did stare at it for a few seconds going "why does the ground have an eye??" as it was very silty. We had to wait a bit for the silt to settle before I could take photos.

So far we havn't been diving at Byron since the 27th of last month. Big seas, storms and heaps of rain. Going a little stir crazy being out of the water. Looking forward to a weeks private charter on Spirit of Freedom in a couple weeks.

Oh my buddy did a trip with Spirit of Freedom and had a ball.
Hope it is an enjoyable trip and take lots of photos 
I got out for a night dive last night but didn't take the camera. Was nice viz though and a few critters around but it was nice just to focus on the dive. I only did 75mins or so, as I got cold. I didn't put my left wetsuit arm on properly and it was loose under the armpit so kept flooding in cold water :cold: Won't do that again any time soon!

We got in two dives today (Good Friday) and apart from a bit of surge conditions were very nice with good visibility and 27°C water. I'm still going through my shots but this is my favourite so far:
There was a very unusual sighting on both dives today, an Alcina. In previous years the Alcina was a common site both underwater on Ningaloo and lounging on the back seat of my boat on the trip to and from the dive site. Sadly sightings of the Alcina have been very rare this year but we managed to tear her away from work and got her diving:

We got some decent viz up to 15 m... it has been ages since we have seen anything like it!
I found a new group of Pygmy Pipehorse. See the gloved fingers in the frames of size reference. My poor Sony DSP93 struggles to get stuff this small and I enjoy the challenge of pushing it to the limit.
you have to look close to see that there are up to four individuals in some of these shots.... I haven 't cropped or enhanced... have fun finding them

Glad to hear you got some nice viz petunia! The Red Rock Cod photos are my favourite, their expressions are hilarious
Today I got in three dives near home - only half an hour drive once to get to some sites so that was nice The conditions were pretty good, a little bit of surge but the viz was 5-6m on each dive (mostly, a few spots it got down to 2m). I got to see two sites I have only dived at night during the day too!

Cool looking jellyfish (Rickett's Point)
Shot of my buddy Michael, came out weird colours but I like it! (Black Rock)
Nudi + seastar, thought it was a cute photo (South Road Bommie)
Puffer under a ledge. It was quite happy for me to take photos of it. Usually during the day they are quite skittish (though not at night when they usually take a fancy to my light and bump into it a light
Probably out again on Sunday though trying to switch it to Monday as the weather looks much better then.

Hey Sas nice shots... I love the expression on the pufferfish... glad you are getting some diving in. We hope to dive tomorrow and Monday as well

We got another two dives in today (Sunday). It was a late start (waiting for the wind to drop off) and a late finish so I've only skimmed through my photos. There were a LOT of jellyfish around today so I spent a lot of time playing around with them just under the surface, here's two I particularly like:
