Nice.. Well you should defiantly check it out. I dove with Copamarina. They were great. I will definitely go back just for the DM.

Puerto Rico is absolutely beautiful diving. We were there for our vacation this year and had a blast. One of the best dives I've ever done was Shacks in the Isabella / Aguadilla area. It's a cavern dive, so it's an overhead environment, don't even think about it without a guide unless you are already familiar with the spot. As I had two strobes on my camera the guide asked me not to bring my rig; I VERY MUCH appreciated it during the dive, some tight spots I would not have wanted to try to squeeze through with my rig.

Thanks for sharing the pics, they are awesome!

I have heard great things about their DM, actually i had a booked trip with them in june and they had to cancel it due to bad weather. They told us that the last time they had to cancel the trip was 12 years ago. I had the trip planned through akuasport, the dive shop i always dive. did you contacted copamarina directly?

Yeah, when I did the caverns I didn't bring my rig either. I was doing it with some friends and where we entered the Water I had to stand up on the reef with all my gear on and go into this little tiny hole down about 20 feet. It was awesome.

Yes, I did contact them directly. They are very nice people.

I vote the nurse shark as the winner.

Haha. Thanks. I was taking a ton of pics of him then he actually tuned his head and posed for me.

Awesome pics! Thanks for sharing. I really need a camara! I just got back from Puerto Rico today. I was able to dive shacks beach, gas chambers, Crash Boat (all in Aguadilla), and La Parguera. I did a wall (Mirrors) and reef(mermaid) dive with West Divers PR (Victor). They were the best. I highly recommend this operation. Here is the site: West Divers PR.

Shacks was loads of fun, and it's true you need a guide. My Aguadilla dives were all shore dives with Aquatica (Jose). Another awesome operation. Home
Both businesses were small family shops with outstanding hospitality and professionalism. I go to Puerto Rico every year, but this was my first time diving there. I can't wait to return!
