well, I whined enough to Ben (and my dive buddy Ray) at Dive X-tras that when I wandered up to the shop this week they tossed me a handle, showed me to the belt sander and said "have at it!" Voila, prototype "tiny hand X-scooter handle" Ben even showed me how to make it shiny when I was done sanding it...

Sometimes instead of wishing we had something, we just need to say "bring it!" and make it ourselves!

Shorter tanks would be better too, at least for us really petite women. I normally use an AL 63 and I love the size. I'll use a steel 80 too if I have to so it's still smaller. But why can't all tanks be shorter but wider? I can't even sit with an AL 80 since it's too long and depending on how high/low I set it, it will either bump my head or my legs. I of course set it to bump my legs as a lesser evil.
I totally agree. Gotta love those 63's.
You may want to have a look at steel tanks.

Cool. I think one of them, the really short fat one, was one that the Almitys got for me when I dived with them in Sydney.
