I haven't seen a ton of info on these lights, and I've heard mixed reviews about Nanight, anybody want to add any topical experience about them?

I have a Nanight C3 that I've used as my everyday light, cold water diving, both day and night. I've had it for the past 3-4 years.I haven't seen a ton of info on these lights, and I've heard mixed reviews about Nanight, anybody want to add any topical experience about them?
I bought a Nanight Tech 2 but after 2 years the cable broke and water got into the battery. It also moved through the cable into the light itself. I am a diver for 28 years. In those years, I bought a lot of equipment and I am always careful with it. Also with this light, I haven't done anything out of the ordinary but see the result below. According to Nanight (they have only seen the picture), this is by my own mall handling the equipment, so, no warranty whatsoever...
