I just deposited our $100 per person airfare rebate checks yesterday from making our arrangements in April . . . it feels kind of like my 401(k) does today compared to Dec. 2007.:doh:

Anyway, I thought I'd share in case anyone else can get in on this great deal!

I doubt it - call the toll free number on the Curacao NOW promotion site and you'll likely be able to ask them to e-mail or snail mail you the appropriate forms. They were friendly and helpful when I called to have them answer a few questions I had before I booked our upcoming trip.
