I use the second one that was listed under Amazon. The buckle needs to be bent in a vice so that it is a little more curved and so that it won't pop open and cant catch on anything. It is a little bit of a pain to change weights, but having a rubber belt is better than nylon. You might also consider taking a hack saw and cutting slots in the center of the outside "ribs" of a few pieces of lead so that they can be slipped on the belt without taking off the buckle.
