Even after JoeDiverAmerica.com sent me the return label, they did not send the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) so I could send the gear back (it was the wrong size--their mistake). When I requested one via e-mail, they told me that I could not get a refund, but only store credit. I recommend other divers avoid using this company. The customer service is awful.
