More and more I get requests from dive shops that have chartered the boat but when crunch time comes they need help filling the last couple of spots. I am resistant to advertising to my "earned" customer base to fill their charters. I worked hard to get those customers and if I give them to a shop charter then that is a day less they are going to dive with me on their own. But I want to do everything I can to keep my shop customers coming back. It is a fine line. What do you guys do?
